Returns and Refunds
Rare & Respair offers carefully selected vintage and antique objects, and each piece may show signs of age, use, and previous ownership. Condition details are provided in each listing description and photos, and normal age-related wear is considered part of the character of vintage objects.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery unless a listing states otherwise. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or is materially different from its description.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact Rare & Respair within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so that we can assist with a resolution.
Customized, personalized, and bespoke items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or materially different from the agreed description.
