By placing an order with Rare & Respair, you agree to these Shop Terms of Service.

Rare & Respair specializes in vintage and antique objects. Product descriptions and photographs are intended to represent each piece as accurately as possible, including its condition, age-related characteristics, and visible signs of previous use. Because these are pre-owned objects, minor variations and imperfections may be present.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Product availability and pricing may change without notice. An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed.

Shop purchases are separate from Rare & Respair's Collection Building and Trade Services. Those services are governed by their respective agreements and terms.

Rare & Respair reserves the right to cancel an order when an item is unavailable, incorrectly listed, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled. If an order is canceled, any payment received for the canceled portion will be refunded.
