This elegant Crown Trifari floral brooch dates to approximately 1955–69, when the New York jewelry house was producing some of its most recognizable mid-century designs.
The sculpted gold-tone leaf motif is set with solid, glossy white molded milk-glass cabochons and clear rhinestone accents. The use of molded glass is a particularly appealing detail for collectors, as many similar Trifari designs were produced with thermoset plastic elements instead. The combination of warm gold-tone metal, luminous white glass, and sparkling rhinestones gives the brooch a refined but distinctly mid-century character.
The piece is marked “Trifari,” with the crown above the T and a copyright symbol, consistent with its period of manufacture. In excellent vintage condition, it remains an especially lovely example of costume jewelry designed to bring a little sculpture and color to everyday dress.
Wear it on a lapel, collar, scarf, handbag, or special occasion ensemble, or display it alongside other vintage jewelry as part of a personal collection.
